Hi! I’m Vahl Carmona, one of the HR consultants here at ThisWorks. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources Management. I started my career back in 2018 as an HR Generalist, where I handled various facets of HR such as the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, onboarding, and exit management. I love working as an HR practitioner because it allows me to assist employees with their queries and concerns. My goal is to continue growing in different areas of my role so I can become more efficient and effective in supporting both employees and colleagues. In my free time, I enjoy playing basketball and going on nature trips here in the Philippines. I also love riding my motorcycle and traveling around different provinces in the country.
