Team Details

My name is Sebastiaan, and I live in the beautiful region of Twente. After completing my Master’s degree in Business Administration, I started my career in Corporate Finance at a mid-sized accountancy firm. In 2018, I made the move to Catapult, where I gained extensive experience in business acquisition processes and financing across a wide range of sectors. It was fantastic to get an inside look at so many different companies. Since early 2025, I have been working as the Financial Director at Works Group. I am very excited to help further grow Works Group together with all my colleagues, while continuing to develop myself both personal and professionally. I am highly analytical, quickly see connections, and have broad interests. I enjoy staying up to date with current events and expanding my knowledge through various courses - not only because I enjoy learning, but also due to the continuing education requirements of my Register Valuator certification. I am a father of two sons and thoroughly enjoy watching them grow and experiencing family life. In my free time, I like to have a beer with friends and occasionally play tennis or padel.
