Hi, my name is Rose and I am a New Business Manager at ThisWorks. I recently stepped into this role after previously being part of the team as a recruiter. Before joining ThisWorks, I worked in the hospitality industry, where I gained leadership experience and learned the value of building relationships and networking—skills I now apply fully in my current position. I enjoy challenging myself and continuously developing my skills. In this role, I aim to deepen my expertise and gain as much experience as possible, with the ambition to grow into a leadership position in the future. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends. I’m always up for a good party, but I equally appreciate a quiet evening with a movie or a nice dinner out.
