Hello, my name is Marinda Verlinde, and I work as a Back Office Assistant at ThisWorks EOR Services. In this role, I support the payroll administration for our EOR clients. After gaining over 20 years of experience in logistics, primarily in various inventory management roles, I decided to make a career switch to payroll administration. To support this transition, I began studying for Practical Payroll Administration before joining ThisWorks. At ThisWorks, I have the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge from my studies directly in practice.
