My name is Kenneth Derksen, and since early 2025 I have been working as Managing Director of the Works Group. I have a background in finance as an accountant and M&A advisor, although my main interest lies in HR-related topics in the broadest sense of the word. I enjoy contributing to people’s personal growth and, through that, to the growth of organizations. Supporting the development of my colleagues, the company, and myself is my greatest ambition for the years ahead. In my spare time, I enjoy walking and sports, love traveling, and have a broad interest in culture, nature, film, and history.
